As a participant of the International Haircolor Exchange, Haircolor USA, Redken Education team, Glemby International Education Team and more, Cheryl operates the salon with intense commitment to team education and salon excellence. "We're happy to be a salon in a small town. We just don't want to be a small-town salon." Additionally, Cheryl's Redlands community involvement exemplifies her belief in 'giving back' to the world around her.
