An Orange county native and graduate of Saddleback College and the Paul Mitchell Academy of cosmetology, Katie has nearly grown up in the beauty industry.  She  worked as an assistant and receptionist while attending hairdressing school and moved into a stylist position afterwards.  Katie has taken advanced cutting training with the famed Robert Cromeans and over 50 color classes with award winning colorist Lucy Doty. Married to a Redlands firefighter and residing with her young family in Yucaipa, Katie loves combining the fun and excitement of hair design and color with the fun an excitement of being a young wife and mother.
